Syncoil business success is hinged on our ability to continuously protect people (employees, communities, contractors, customers, etc.) and the environment. We place emphasis on ensuring people’s health, safety, and environmental protection meets World Bank/IFC guidelines1 that relates to the oil & gas industry sector.

Syncoil Mandates active commitment to, and accountability for HSE from all her employees and contractors. Line management has a leadership role in the communication and implementation of, and ensuring compliance with, HSE policies and standards.

This Policy shall be regularly reviewed to ensure ongoing suitability, relevance and to be current with World Bank/IFC standards/guidelines. The commitments listed are in addition to our basic obligation to comply with World Bank/IFC Environmental, Health, and Safety Guidelines1 for oil and gas sector, as well as all applicable laws and regulations in Nigeria and the areas where we operate. This is critical to our business success because it allows us to systematically minimize all losses and adds value for all our stakeholders.
