Recruitment
The Staffing Section of the Department for Human Resources, together with the Accounts department, reviews all applications periodically and draws up a short list of four to five qualified candidates to be invited for an interview.
Applicants will be contacted only if considered for interview.
Selection
The selection is made after an interview.
In addition, for a number of positions, there is a test with questions specific to the position. Candidates interviewed will normally be advised of the outcome of the selection process within a period of four weeks.
Upon completion of the recruitment process all online applicants will be informed of the outcome.
Internship with Syncoil
To apply for an internship position with Syncoil, please use the online application form. Not all fields are applicable but all fields should be completed.
Internship candidates being considered will be asked to email a short essay explaining their motivation.
We strongly encourage applicants for internships to use the online application form provided.
Applicants for internship should be under 32 years of age and students in their final year of higher education (university or other accredited institution) at graduate or postgraduate level; or recent graduates or postgraduates, i.e. within one year of graduation.
