Syncoil History
Syncoil Energy Limited (“Syncoil”) is a wholly indigenous Nigerian oil and gas Exploration and Production Company. In recent times, it is one of the fastest growing independent companies with alternative funding approach for transforming reserves to production. Syncoil was established and registered as a limited liability company in Nigeria on the 23rd of December, 2013.
Syncoil is committed to being known as “the” indigenous oil and gas Company of Nigeria. We are a company with strong capability for efficiently transforming resources to production, without sacrificing safety, security, health, environment, community and quality. Syncoil engages in a wide range of activities related to oil and natural gas, including but not limited to exploration, development, production, refining, transportation, storage and marketing of crude oil and natural gas.
Syncoil is dedicated to acquiring oil & gas resources, developing these resources and producing the resources in an economically efficient manner so as to meet market needs (local and international). Syncoil is committed to accelerating the implementation of Nigerian local contents acts/laws thereby leading to defensible transformation in the Nigerian economic growth patterns. We also aim at fostering self-innovation, establishing sustainable and reputable safety standards, boost environmental protection and energy conservation and in the process create the indigenous oil & gas company in Nigeria.
